• Leading frontend at FINN, a hybrid app — Angular inside an Android shell over Capacitor
• Managing a team of 4 and hiring senior frontend engineers
• Learning the web half of that stack properly, and sharpening the native half: startup time, Android vitals, and the WebView boundary
• Rebuilding the logging and A/B experimentation systems in the web app
• Building internal tooling: release tracking, experiment health monitoring, and MCP servers for the parts of development that are still manual
• Running mogra.dev on Hugo with a homelab-backed API proxy
• Writing about Gradle, Kotlin, and build systems
